The DAV 100 SY is a high-pressure volumetric dosing valve engineered for precision fluid dispensing applications. Featuring an adjustable flow rate ranging from 0.001 to 0.02 cc (1-20 mm³) per stroke, this valve allows exact control over dispensed quantities. The dispensed quantity is easily adjusted using an integrated micrometer, complete with a grub screw for anti-tamper locking to secure your calibration settings. Operating via a double-acting mechanism controlled by an external E.V. 5/2, the unit requires a product inlet pressure between a minimum of 20 bar and a maximum of 200 bar. For fluid connections, the valve is equipped with a threaded M 1/8" GAS inlet and an outlet featuring a Luer Lock adapter, designed for the use of standard nozzles including plastic needles.
