The Dav-tech DAV200MAN is a volumetric dosing valve featuring manual control and trigger operation built directly into the handle via an integrated 5/2 pneumatic valve. Designed for precise fluid dispensing, this unit offers an adjustable flow rate ranging from 0.01 to 0.2 cc (10-200 mm³) per stroke. The dispensed quantity can be accurately adjusted using a micrometric nonius equipped with an anti-tampering block grain. Operating efficiently under high pressure, the DAV200MAN requires a minimum product inlet pressure of 20 bar and supports a maximum pressure of 200 bar. For seamless integration into fluid systems, the valve is equipped with a 1/8 gas threaded inlet and features an outlet fitted with a luer lock nozzle holder.
