DAV20018 VOLUMETRIC DOSING VALVE by Dav-tech

The DAV20018 is a volumetric dosing valve designed for precise fluid dispensing applications. Featuring an adjustable flow rate from 0.01 to 0.2 cc (10-200 mm³) per stroke, this valve allows for highly accurate volumetric control. The dispensed quantity is adjusted using a vernier micrometric mechanism equipped with a grain for an anti-tamper lock, ensuring process stability and security. It operates on a double-acting mechanism controlled by an external 5/2 solenoid valve (E.V. 5/2 outside). Built to handle demanding system pressures, the DAV20018 requires a product inlet pressure of a minimum of 20 bar up to a maximum of 200 bar. For seamless system integration, the unit is equipped with a 1/8 gas threaded inlet and a 1/8 gas female thread outlet.
