The Duvalco DN200/8"BA/S59-, bare stem is a concentric double flanged pattern butterfly valve designed generally in accordance with EN 593, featuring a 152 mm face-to-face dimension. Built with a nodular cast iron body (EN-GJS-400-15), an aluminium bronze disc (CuAl10Fe5Ni5), an AISI-431 stainless steel shaft, and Monel K-500 pins, it utilizes a vulcanized NBR liner that covers the entire body interior and extends over the flange faces to eliminate the need for gaskets. Designed for a 16.0 bar g working pressure and 17.6 bar g bi-directional seat test pressure with 100% tight shut-off, it operates under ambient temperature conditions with water as the assumed medium. The bare shaft end features a 17mm x 28mm square shaft and an F07 flat top flange, requiring a 145 Nm torque excluding safety services (a minimum 35% safety factor is recommended for client-mounted actuator sizing). Flange connections are drilled to DIN PN16.
