The Duvalco DN300/12" MONO/S51- is a single flanged concentric butterfly valve generally in accordance with EN593, featuring a bare stem actuation end with a 22mm x 30mm shaft square and an F10 flat top flange. Designed with a face-to-face dimension of 78 mm, it operates at a working pressure of 16.0 bar g and a seat test pressure of 17.6 bar g, providing 100% bi-directional tight shut-off. The valve requires a torque of 490 Nm excluding safety, with a minimum 35% safety recommended for actuator sizing. It features a nodular cast iron EN-GJS-400-15 body, an aluminium bronze disc, a stainless steel 1.4057 shaft, Monel K-500 pins, a bronze bearing, and an NBR liner vulcanized to the entire body interior that extends over the flange faces to eliminate gaskets. It is drilled to DIN PN16 for ambient temperature service conditions handling water.
