The Duvalco DN250/10"LT/S55 butterfly valve is a concentric design wafer lugged pattern valve featuring drilled bolt holes, generally in accordance with EN 593. It includes a bare shaft end and supports actuation via a bare shaft end or gearbox. Designed for ballast water service conditions at ambient temperature, it operates at a working pressure of 16.0 bar g and features a bi-directional seat test pressure of 17.6 bar g with 100% tight shut-off. The valve is suitable for mounting between DIN-PN16 RF flanges. It is constructed with a nodular cast iron body (EN-GJS-400-15), aluminium bronze disc (CuAl10Fe5Ni5), stainless steel 431 / 1.4057 shaft, bronze bearings (Rg7), and Monel K-500 pins. An NBR liner is vulcanized to the entire body interior and extends over the flange faces, eliminating the need for gaskets.
