The GPI 317 04 A100 L is a 1” aluminum commercial grade digital flow meter and totalizer designed for accurate measurement within a flow range of 11 to 190 LPM. Utilizing a turbine measuring mechanism, this unit features a robust aluminum housing, ceramic bearings, a nylon rotor, tungsten carbide shaft, 316SS rings, and ferrite signal generators. It delivers an accuracy of ± 1.5% of reading with a repeatability of ± 0.2%. The 6-digit LCD display provides flow rate as well as two totals for batch and cumulative tracking, powered by two lithium batteries. It features 1” FNPT connections and handles a maximum operating non-steam rating of 300 PSIG at 140°F, along with a maximum viscosity of 100 centipoise. Proper installation requires an upstream straight pipe run of at least 20 times the internal diameter and a downstream straight pipe run of at least 5 times the internal diameter. The meter carries FM Approvals for Class I, II, III, Division 1, All Groups.
