The A1-09-LM-A200 is a turbine-type commercial grade digital flow meter and totalizer equipped with 2” FNPT connections. Designed to handle a flow range of 114 to 1,135 LPM, it delivers an accuracy of ± 1.5% of reading with a repeatability of ± 0.2%. Wetted materials consist of an aluminum housing, nylon rotor, ceramic bearings, tungsten carbide shaft, 316SS rings, and ferrite signal generators. It operates up to a maximum non-steam rating of 300 PSIG at 140°F and supports a maximum viscosity of 100 Centipoise. Powered by two lithium batteries, the unit features a 6-digit LCD screen that displays the flow rate along with two totals for batch and cumulative measurement. Proper installation requires an upstream straight pipe run of at least 20 times the internal diameter and a downstream straight pipe run of at least 5 times the internal diameter.
