The G2S20N09GMB (316SS) Digital Flow Meter and Totalizer is a turbine-style flow meter featuring a 2" NPT connection size and a flow rate range of 20 to 200 GPM. Built with a 316SS housing, PVDF rotor and shaft support, ceramic bearings, and a tungsten carbide shaft in the wetted parts, this meter handles maximum pressures up to 1500 PSIG and a maximum viscosity of 100cP. The computer display provides two totals (cumulative and batch re-settable), two calibrations, and one field-calibratable rate. Powered by two 3V Lithium Batteries with a 9000-hour life, the unit operates in turbine temperatures from -40°F to 250°F, while the computer display operates from 14° to 140°F. It achieves an accuracy of ±0.75% and carries FM, CE, NEMA 4, ATEX Ex, IP65, and IECEx approvals. Installation requires minimum upstream piping of a 20" straight run and minimum downstream piping of a 10" straight run, with a recommended 30 Mesh strainer.
