The Hurner Funken 309-004-510001 is a corrosion-resistant plastic axial fan (type HF A 400 - 30° D) designed for horizontal or vertical installation. It features a stable, welded thermoplastic PVC housing flanged on both sides with splinter protection, and an injection-moulded PPs impeller float-mounted on the motor shaft. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced to at least Q6.3 quality according to DIN ISO 21940-11, with a factory-adjustable vane angle at standstill. The unit handles a volume flow of 5000 m³/h of air at 20 °C, with a total pressure difference of 504 Pa and static pressure difference of 421 Pa. It includes an internally mounted motor rated at 1.5 kW (3~ 230/400 V, 50 Hz, IE3 efficiency, IP 55/Kaltleiter protection, VFD suitable) encapsulated against the delivery medium, an outside mounted repair switch, and a set of soft PVC flexible connections for the 400 mm inlet and outlet.
