The Hurner Funken centrifugal fan with direct drive (part number 367-010-150501, model HF R 75-16 D / DS) is a corrosion-resistant, single-inlet centrifugal fan designed for handling air. Its injection-molded, tightly welded housing consists of flame-retardant PPs. The unit features a shaft feed-through with a sealing ring and a grease barrier to the drive-side motor bearing. The PP-el electrically conductive impeller includes back vanes for load relief at the shaft feed-through, and all parts exposed to the exhaust medium are made of plastic or plastic-coated. The motor is isolated from the air stream and overload-safe across its entire performance range. The powder-coated sheet steel fan frame is built for horizontal mounting. Operating at a 2730 1/min operational speed with a 50 Hz frequency, the system includes a 0.09 kW motor (3~ 230/400 V, 0.7 A, IP 55 with thermal contact, frequency inverter compatible). Included accessories are suction-side and pressure-side soft PVC collars with tightening straps and a set of loose rubber vibration dampers.
