It specifically enables the connection of the Lauterbach IDC20A Debug Probe to either a MIPI10 or MIPI20T connector. In practice, this unit does not connect the trace pins of a CoreSight MIPI20T connector because those pins are not utilized by IDC20A debug cables, although tracing via SWO/SWV remains supported. For target boards featuring a MIPI20D connector that incorporates TRST and RTCK, the alternative converter LA-3770 is required instead of the LA-2729.
