The LA-3255 is an IDC20A debug probe equipped with a built-in debug license designed for advanced debugging of Armv8 and Armv9 based Cortex-A, Cortex-R, Cortex-X, and Neoverse 32/64-bit architectures, alongside GTM, SPT, and IPU cores. This unit supports communication via JTAG, CJTAG (IEEE 1149.7), and Serial Wire Debug (SWD), and features built-in multicore debugging capabilities. It operates across a voltage range of 0.4V to 5.0V. When utilized with legacy debug modules LA-7702 or LA-7704, support is restricted to JTAG. The LA-3255 package includes the TRACE32 software compatible with Windows, Linux, and MacOS, supplied via download.
