HBSI 200-10-3,5 N2 PRESSURE REDUCER by Air Liquide

The Air Liquide HBSI 200-10-3,5 N2 pressure reducer is designed for nitrogen and all slightly corrosive ultrapure gases and rare gas mixtures up to 200 bar, excluding fluorine, fluorine mixtures, and acetylene. Featuring a two-stage design with a stainless steel membrane in the first stage and a stainless steel bellows in the second stage, this unit provides precise pressure control. It features a backwards inlet with an ES hexagonal bottle connection according to DIN 477, part 1 no. 10, and a downwards G3/8" inside outlet with a 6 mm ES compression screw connection. The control range is 0.5 to 10.0 bar with a capacity of 3.5 m3/h for N2. Built with a 316L stainless steel case, PTFCE and EPDM seals, and stainless steel internal components, it operates in temperatures from -20°C to +50°C and weighs 1.22 kg. It includes a divertible stainless steel blow-off valve with a 16 bar blow-off pressure.
