Designed with an ASTM A182 F51 body material, ASTM A479 UNS S31803 trim materials, and an Alloy 718 needle valve tip, this unit incorporates metal and graphite seats and seals. It includes a 1" NB ASME Class 150 RF inlet, a 1" NB ASME Class 150 RF outlet, and a plugged 1/2" NPT Female vent/drain following ASME B1.20.1 standards. Operated by T-bar handles, the valve handles a maximum pressure of Class 150 within a temperature range of -46ºC to 240ºC. This single-flange valve is built with a firesafe design and complies with NACE MR 01-75 latest revision standards.
