The Armstrong 11AV1523 is a stainless steel automatic air vent designed for industrial applications. This valve features a 1/2" conical socket thread BSPT inlet and outlet, with a 2-flat wrench size of 26. Built for durability and corrosion resistance, the unit utilizes 304L stainless steel for the body and cover, 304 stainless steel for the float, and 303/304 stainless steel for the lever system. The valve and seat are constructed from 17-4PH stainless steel. The 11AV1523 operates with a maximum allowable differential pressure of 28 bar. It has a Maximum Operating Pressure (PMO) of 34 bar at 38°C, which adjusts to 30 bar at 260°C. This automatic air vent is engineered to reliably handle demanding pressure and temperature conditions in system piping.
