This unit features a perforated steel housing finished with a RAL 5018 powder-coating, built for installation in on-site control cabinets with an IP20 protection class according to DIN EN 60529. It allows the swing width of the conveyor to be adjusted continuously via a complete set of potentiometers for manual swing range adjustment, letting the flow rate be regulated from close to 0 to 100%. The controller includes network fluctuation compensation of ± 10% to keep the oscillation width constant, proportional change in the setpoint, and switch release options via continuous potential-free contact or a +24 V DC voltage signal. Inputs for external control variables support 0-10V DC, 0-20mA DC, and 4-20mA DC, alongside remote monitoring relay outputs. A super-fast protection system protects the internal thyristors, and electromagnetic compatibility complies with valid EC Directives.
