The Aviteq 28167 control (model SCE-DN50-2) is a VIBTRONIC® -S controller designed for connecting AVITEQ vibrating conveyors. It features a vibration rate of 3,000 min-1 (SC/E.. 50...) and operates at 380 to 420V and 50HZ with a 15A rating. This unit allows the swing width and flow rate of the conveyor to be adjusted continuously from close to 0 to 100%, and includes a complete set of potentiometers for manual swing range adjustment. Built for installation in on-site control cabinets, the control features a perforated steel housing finished with RAL 5018 powder-coating. It includes network fluctuation compensation of ± 10% to keep the oscillation width constant, and supports switch release via continuous potential-free contact or a +24 V DC voltage signal. Inputs for external control variables include 0-10V, 0-20mA, and 4-20mA DC, alongside remote monitoring outputs via a relay output. For safety, the thyristors are protected by a super-fast protection installation (Superflink or Ultrarapid), and the unit is electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tested in accordance with applicable EC Directives. The 28167 measures approximately 200 x 62 x 200 mm with a nominal weight of 2.2 kg and an IP20 protection class according to DIN EN 60529.
