The Aviteq 26774 - SCE-EN50-2 500..520V 50HZ 15A IP20 is a VIBTRONIC® -S controller designed for connecting AVITEQ vibrating conveyors. Built for installation in an on-site control cabinet, it features a perforated steel housing finished with a RAL 5018 powder-coating. This unit allows the swing width of the conveyor to be adjusted continuously via a complete set of potentiometers for manual swing range adjustment, enabling the flow rate to be regulated from close to 0 to 100%. It features network fluctuation compensation of ± 10% to keep the oscillation width constant, proportional change in the setpoint, and switch release options via continuous potential-free contact or a +24 V DC voltage signal. External control variable inputs accept 0-10V DC, 0-20mA DC, and 4-20mA DC, while remote monitoring is supported through a relay output. To protect the thyristors, a super-fast protection fuse (Superflink or Ultrarapid) is installed. Electromagnetic compatibility complies with valid EC Directives.
