The Aviteq 31996 is a vibration controller designed for installation in central control stations, featuring a power cable without plug and an included control potentiometer set. It operates with a network tolerance and voltage fluctuation compensation of ± 10%, ensuring the oscillation width remains constant, alongside a frequency tolerance of ± 0.5%. Seven LEDs display the operating status. The unit includes thyristor protection via a superflink fuse, network protection via an inertial fuse matching the connected magnetic vibrator's rated current, and switch release via continuous potential-free contact, +24 V DC voltage signal, or optocoupler. Inputs support external control variables from 0 to 10 V DC or 0/4 to 20 mA DC, plus a sensor input for AViTEQ PA or PAL vibration sensors. It provides remote monitoring via relay output and protective functions including magnetic vibrator temperature switch monitoring, payload control, and voltage/frequency control with impact monitoring. An additional TXAE board is required when operating with multiple drives.
