The Aviteq 31996 - SAE-GS33-2 is a VIBTRONIC-S controller designed for connecting AVITEQ vibrating conveyors with a vibration rate of SA.. 33.. 2,000 min-1. This unit features continuous swing width adjustment and a delivery rate adjustment range from close to 0 to 100%. It comes equipped with a complete set of potentiometers for manual swing range adjustment and seven LEDs to display operating status. Designed for installation in central control stations, it includes thyristor protection via a superflink fuse and requires a power cable without. The controller offers ±10% network fluctuation compensation to keep oscillation width constant, alongside network tolerance of allowable voltage ±10% and frequency ±0.5%. It supports switch release via continuous potential-free contact, +24V DC voltage signal, or optocoupler, and accepts external control variables including 0..10V DC and 0/4..20mA DC. Additional features include a sensor input for AViTEQ PA or PAL vibration sensors, relay output for remote monitoring outputs, magnetic vibrator temperature switch monitoring, and provisions for payload control or voltage and frequency control with impact monitoring.
