Built for installation in central control stations, this IP00-rated unit operates at 440 to 480V, 60Hz with a 25A current rating, featuring a vibration rate of 3,600 min-1. It provides continuous adjustment of the conveyor swing width and delivery rate from nearly 0 to 100%, supported by a complete set of potentiometers for manual adjustment and seven LEDs to display operating status. The controller includes network fluctuation compensation of ± 10% to keep oscillation width constant, network tolerance of allowable voltage ± 10%, frequency of ± 0.5%, and thyristor protection via a superflink fuse. Control inputs accept switch release, +24 V DC voltage signals, optocouplers, and external control variables of 0 to 10 V DC or 0/4 to 20 mA DC, alongside sensor inputs for AViTEQ PA or PAL vibration sensors and relay outputs for remote monitoring. Protective functions feature impact monitoring, magnetic vibrator temperature switch monitoring, and payload control.
