The BFI Automation 6010-2013-00, which replaces part number 6010-2043-00, is an OE-Converter 2.0LA GT-ABB designed to detect flames on ABB gas turbines and transmit flame information to a BFI flame amplifier. Housed in an aluminum housing colored RAL5010 with an IP 65 rating, it measures L 122 x W 120 x H 90 mm and weighs 1.5 kg. The unit features a multiple-semiconductor sensor covering a spectral range from UV to IR (300 - 2700nm), with separately adjustable sensitivity for both ranges, automatic gain control (AGC), and automatic frequency control (AFC). It operates continuously on a 24V DC power supply with an approximate current consumption of 200mA, connecting via a Harting Plug. Designed for ambient temperatures between -20°C and +70°C, it provides a 2.7° viewing angle when used with a lens probe SKL and FOC/FOL, self-checks once per second, and achieves SIL3 certification when combined with a 3001, 3001D, or 3001S flame amplifier. It is rated for ATEX Zone 2.
