The BFI Automation 6010-2033-00 is a 2.0L flame scanner housed in an OE converter housing, designed for flame monitoring and gas turbine flame detection. Developed to transmit flame information to a BFI flame amplifier, this unit features a multiple burner semiconductor sensor covering a spectral range of UV to IR (300 to 2700 nm) with separately adjustable sensitivity for both ranges. It is 100% compatible with and replaces the former S 507.L spare part number. The aluminum housing is finished in RAL 5010 with an IP 65 protection rating, featuring dimensions of L 122 x W 120 x H 90 mm and a Harting plug cable connection. It operates continuously on a 24V DC power supply with a power consumption of approximately 200 mA, and is rated for ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. Additional technical capabilities include automatic gain control (AGC), automatic frequency control (AFC), a once-per-second self-check, a 2.7° viewing angle when used with an SKL lens probe and fiber optic cable or lance, ATEX Zona 2 certification (II 3 G nA IIC T4 Gc X), and SIL3 certification when combined with a Flame 3001, 3001D, or 3001S amplifier.
