6010-2043-00 Flame sensor by BFI AUTOMATION

The BFI Automation 6010-2043-00 is a 2.0LA flame sensor designed for monitoring ABB gas turbines in conjunction with a complete, fail-safe BFI flame monitor. Built for continuous operation, this unit features a multiple semiconductor sensor with a spectral range from UV to IR (300 - 2700nm), allowing sensitivity to be set separately for the UV and IR ranges. The sensor is submerged in an OE converter housing and connects to a BFI fiber optic cable or fiber optic lance. It includes automatic strengthening control (AGC) and automatic frequency control (AFC), with a self-priming function occurring once per second. The durable aluminum housing is finished in RAL 5010 with an IP 66 protection rating and operates in ambient temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. It requires a 24V DC power supply with an approximate power consumption of 200mA and utilizes a Harting plug for cable connection. Measuring L122 x W120 mm, the 6010-2043-00 achieves SIL3 certification when combined with the 3001, 3001D, or 30015 flame amplifier, and holds ATEX zone 2 certification.
