The BFI Automation 6010-3721-00 flame sensor 3.32 is a fully electronic, UV-A monitoring device designed for monitoring gas and oil flames. When used in conjunction with a BFI flame detector, it forms a complete, fail-safe flame control surveillance system. Equipped with a semiconductor sensor operating in the UV range (280 - 420 nm), the unit features ambient light discrimination via adjustable sensitivity and a multi-stage high-pass filter. It is rated for continuous operation and performs self-monitoring once per second. Built for demanding industrial environments, the sensor is housed in an aluminum enclosure finished in RAL5010 with an IP65 rating, operating within a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. It operates on 24V DC with a maximum power consumption of 200 mA, features a 2.7° viewing angle, a 90° Harting plug connection, and ATEX Zone 2 certification. Dimensions are L235 x W108 x H190 mm.
