The system includes electronic self-monitoring for safe operation, alongside LED indicators for flame intensity and flame relay status. Housed in an IP66 aluminum housing painted in RAL5010, the unit connects to a BFI fiber optic cable or lance and operates at an ambient temperature range of -20 to +70°C. Settings such as sensitivity, ON/OFF level, and switch-on delay are software-configured, while the safety switch-off time is set via a jumper and software (1-5s). Data transmission utilizes an RS232/infrared interface.
