6020-3001-00 flame monitor by BFI AUTOMATION

The BFI Automation 6020-3001-00 flame monitor is a 2-channel device designed for detecting flames when used in combination with BFI flame filters. It provides output signals for the burner management system and the operator, and supports redundant sensor operation. The unit features a fail-safe potential-free relay output for flame ON and OFF status, an analog output of 0/4 to 20 mA to indicate flame quality, a bar graph for the mA output, a pre-alarm function, and status LEDs. Operation is powered by a 24V DC supply voltage. The device includes two adjustable switch-off times ranging from 1 to 6 seconds that are selectable via a remote signal, as well as adjustable turn-on delay, threshold, and two sensitivity settings that are also selectable via a remote signal. Built as a 19-inch plug-in module with dimensions of 14TE and 3U, the 6020-3001-00 is SIL3 certified when combined with all type 2.0 flame refiners.
