10793.2.22 DRUM DIVERTER VALVE by Comav

The Comav 10793.2.22 is a 30° two-way drum diverter valve, type DTP 100, designed for glass loaded granule applications. It features pressure seals at the inlet and outlets, controlled by an electropneumatic system that evacuates air from gaskets during diversion and restores it to lock the position. The aluminum alloy body and cover house a hardened carbon steel rotor and internal studs, treated with cementation and carbon-nitriding to a depth of 1-1.2 mm for enhanced surface hardness. The valve operates at 5 BAR with a transport pressure range of -0.6 to +4 BAR, and utilizes NOVATRON seals rated for -20 to +80°C. An integrated IP 65 junction box houses the wiring for position signaling sensors and dual solenoid valve connectors, complemented by external position indicators and a galvanised steel mounting plate.
