DTS 150 by Comav

The Comav DTS 150 is a two-way, 30° drum diverter valve featuring pressure seals on both the product inlet and outlet ports. To prevent dust from entering the valve if a seal leaks, the valve body is pressurized with compressed air at a pressure slightly higher than the transport pressure, regulated by a pressure regulator and pressure gauge. Diversion is handled by a pneumatic actuator controlled via a CAMOZZI double-solenoid solenoid valve with a NAMUR connection. Position indication is provided by mechanical limit switches enclosed in an IP65-protected micro switch box. Constructed from a certified aluminum alloy with food-grade NOVATRON seals, this valve operates within a working temperature range of -20 to +80°C and an operating temperature range of -5 to +40°C. Note that the valve must be diverted when there is no air or product in the pipeline.
