The Comav DTS 100 is a two-way, 30° drum diverter valve featuring pressure seals on both the product inlet and outlet ports. Designed for pneumatic transport lines, the valve body is pressurized with compressed air using a pressure regulator and gauge to a level slightly higher than the transport pressure, effectively preventing dust from entering in the event of a seal leak. It is equipped with a Camozzi double-solenoid pneumatic actuator with a Namur connection and mechanical limit switches enclosed in an IP65 micro switch box for position indication. Constructed from a certified aluminum alloy with food-grade Novatron seals, the unit operates within a temperature range of -5 to +40°C, while the seals withstand -20 to +80°C. Note that diversion must occur only when there is no air or product in the pipeline.
