The 27-ESV-158 and 27-ESV-159 are replacement Hartmann ball valves functioning as emergency shut off valves (ESD). These bidirectional, split body, trunnion mounted ball valves feature a DN 300 PN 50 / 12" class 300 design with ANSI B16.5 RFsf flanges and a length of 648 mm. Built with a true metal-to-metal seated gas-tight leakage rate of zero bubbles, they include an A350 LF2 / ASTM A105 body, hard-faced TC coated ASTM A 182 316/316L/ASTM 351CF 8M/CF3M ball and seats, ASTM A 182 316/316L stem, FKM O-ring and graphite seals, and Inconel X750 springs. They operate within a service temperature range of -10°C to +55°C and feature fire safe certification, fugitive emission compliance, anti-static design, blowout safe stem, automatic cavity relief, and a base plate. Actuation is handled by an Avamo pneumatic actuator with spring return fail close, manual override handwheel, control unit, and limit switches.
