The Hartmann 27-ESV-160 and 27-ESV-161 are replacement emergency shut off (ESD) ball valves designed as bidirectional Hartmann ball valves type AST with a split body and trunnion mounted ball. Featuring a DN 300 PN 20 / 12" class 150 size with ANSI B16.5 RFsf flanges and a length of 609 mm, these valves deliver a gas tight leakage rate of '0' bubbles utilizing true metal to metal seating. Constructed with an A350 LF2 / ASTM A105 body, TC hard faced coated ASTM A 182 316/316L / ASTM 351 CF8M/CF3M ball and seats, ASTM A 182 316/316L stem, FKM O-ring (Viton) and graphite seals, and Inconel X750 springs, they operate within a service temperature range of -10°C to +50°C. Maximum operating pressure is 20 barg at -10°C and 19 barg at +50°C. Equipped with an Avamo pneumatic actuator type ACP-065S-350-SC-HW featuring spring return fail close and a handwheel manual override, this assembly includes limit switches, a control unit, automatic cavity relief, anti-static design, blowout safe stem, and a combined drain and vent 1" NPT with bleeder plug.
