27-ESV-165 and 27-ESV-166 Ball valve by Hartmann

The 27-ESV-165 and 27-ESV-166 are replacement emergency shut off valves (ESD) designed as bidirectional Hartmann ball valves (type AST) with a split body and trunnion-mounted ball. Sized at DN 150 PN 20 / 6" class 150 with ANSI B16.5 RFsf flanges, this assembly has a length of 394 mm. It features true metal-to-metal seating with a leakage rate of "0" bubbles, gas-tight operation, an anti-static design, blowout-safe stem, automatic cavity relief, and a combined drain and vent 3/4" NPT with a bleeder plug. The body is built from A350 LF2 / ASTM A105, featuring a ball and seats with TC hard-faced coating, an ASTM A 182 316/316L stem, FKM O-ring (Viton) plus graphite seals, and Inconel X750 springs. It operates across a service temperature range of -10°C to +50°C, with a Maximum Operating Pressure (MOP) of 20 barg at -10°C and 19 barg at +50°C. Certified fire safe to EN ISO 10497 / API 607 and compliant with fugitive emission standard ISO 15848-1, the valve includes an Avamo pneumatic actuator type ACP-055S-200-SC-HW providing spring return fail close functionality, a manual override handwheel, limit switches for open and close positions, and a control unit. The valve body features an HV coating system 4 (RAL 9006, C5-M (H) per DIN ISO 12944-5) and a base plate, while the actuator uses a manufacturer standard coating (RAL 2011, C5-I (M) per DIN ISO 12944-5).
