This trunnion-mounted, split-body DN 250 PN 20 (10" class 150) valve features ANSI B16.5 class 150 RF raised face flanged connections and a 533 mm length. It provides true metal-to-metal seating with a gas-tight leakage rate of zero bubbles and incorporates a fire-safe design certified to EN ISO 10497 and API 607, along with fugitive emission compliance to ISO 15848-1. Built with an A350 LF2 / ASTM A105 body, TC hard-faced coated 316/316L stainless steel ball and seats, FKM Viton and graphite seals, and Inconel X750 springs, it operates within a service temperature range of -10°C to +50°C. Maximum operating pressure ranges from 20 barg at -10°C to 19 barg at +50°C. It is equipped with an Avamo pneumatic spring-return fail-close actuator featuring a handwheel manual override, limit switches, and a control unit.
