The Temptek CG-2A 460/3/60 is a 2.0 ton capacity air condensed portable chiller designed for indoor operation. It features an environmental friendly R410A refrigerant circuit, a scroll compressor, hot gas bypass capacity control, high and low refrigerant pressure limit switches and gauges, a filter dryer, sight glass with moisture indicator, thermal expansion valve, and a brazed plate evaporator with stainless steel plates and copper brazing material. The integral water circuit includes a 3/4 HP stainless steel pump with an ODP motor delivering 4.8 GPM at 30 PSI, a discharge pressure gauge, a 7.5 gallon insulated non-ferrous reservoir with a sight tube, an automatic low flow bypass, and non-ferrous wetted surfaces. Controlled by a TempTek CG microprocessor with an LCD display and Modbus RTU RS485 communications, the unit is built in a NEMA 1 control cabinet with galvanized enclosure panels, mounted on casters, and operates on a 460/3/60 electrical supply with approximately 8.5 FLA.
