The TempTek CG-3W (230/3/60) is an indoor-operation portable water chiller featuring a 3 Ton capacity at 50 degrees F LFT and 85 degrees F condensing water. This unit incorporates an environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant circuit with a scroll compressor, hot gas bypass capacity control, high and low pressure limit switches and gauges, a filter dryer, sight glass with moisture indicator, thermal expansion valve, and a brazed plate evaporator with stainless steel plates and copper brazing material. It includes a high-efficiency cleanable condenser with a water regulating valve requiring 9 GPM of 85 degrees F water. The integral water circuit features a 3/4 HP stainless steel pump with an ODP motor providing 7.2 GPM at 30 PSI, a discharge pressure gauge, non-ferrous wetted surfaces, and a 7.5 gallon insulated non-ferrous reservoir with a sight tube. Controlled via the TempTek CG microprocessor instrument with an LCD display and Modbus RTU RS485 communications, the unit includes comprehensive alarm functions and remote start-stop capability. Built on casters with a NEMA 1 control cabinet and galvanized enclosure panels, the unit measures approximately 30 inch H x 24 inch W x 37 inch L, weighs 470 lbs, and utilizes 3/4 inch FPT process connections.
