The TAPCON 230 Pro (B23TKN00) is an automatic voltage regulator designed for the regulation, control, and monitoring of voltage power transformers. It features a compact housing design measuring 218 mm in width, 324 mm in height, and 150 mm in depth, which includes the mating plug. The basic equipment comprises a central processor unit, an 85 to 265 V AC/DC power supply, an 110 V DC auxiliary voltage supply for digital inputs, voltage measurement at 100 V AC, and current measurement at 1 A or 5 A with an output load under 1 VA. For connectivity and operation, it includes a service interface RJ45 and supports parallel operation for up to 16 transformers via galvanic isolation using CAN, enabling tap synchronization and circulating reactive current minimization. The unit is equipped with 16 digital inputs, 16 digital relay outputs across two modules, and 4 adjustable analog inputs. Enclosure protection is rated at IP54 for the front and IP20 for the rear.
