TAPCON 3W VOLTAGE REGULATOR by Tapcon

The TAPCON 3W is an automatic voltage regulator designed for regulating, controlling, and monitoring regulated power transformers in 19-inch racks according to DIN 41494 Part 5. Featuring ISM technology and a modular hardware architecture, the unit is housed in a 19-inch housing measuring 483 x 133 x 178 mm (84HPx3Hor width x height x depth). It is equipped with a full graphics 5.7-inch color display (640 x 480 pixels), a front HMI assembly with a cursor wheel and function keys, and an RJ45 front interface for parameter settings via PC or laptop. It includes an internal 24 VDC power supply and supports a supply voltage of 85-265V AC/DC, Un 100-240V AC, and Un 107-240V DC. The device handles 3-winding or HV/LV regulation for three-winding transformers, providing adjustable variables, linear or integral T1 and T2 time delays, line drop compensation, and extensive monitoring functions for voltage, current, power, and phase angle.
