The Wilden Almatec AD20 STT (Ref. Unitec UC0.75/SZYYE/LEL/TF/STF/0014) is a double diaphragm pneumatic drive pump featuring a stainless steel body (1.4408) with a bolt assembly. It is equipped with PTFE diaphragms utilizing an integrated piston design (IPD), alongside PTFE balls and seals. The air-side chambers and central block are constructed from Polyamide, and the unit is supplied with an exhaust silencer. Designed for practical industrial fluid handling, it incorporates the anti-stall Perswing® air distribution system, which operates using dry, non-lubricated air filtered to 5μm. This pump achieves a maximum flow rate of 4.5 m3/h on H2O at 0 bar and 7 bar air. For installation and operation, it features 3/4" BSP female suction and reference connections, a 1/4" BSP air connection, and a maximum suction height of 1.0 mCe dry or 9.0 mCe primed.
