CXM20FES pump by Almatec

The Wilden Almatec CXM20 FES pump is part of the E-Series, designed with a pneumatic double diaphragm drive and delivered with exhaust silencers. It features a conductive polyethylene body and seats made of FDA-approved carbon-filled PE resin, alongside a Nordel EPDM membrane with an integrated piston, and Nordel EPDM stainless steel balls and seals. The air-side chambers and central conductor block are also made of PE. Engineered for safe operation, it complies with the ATEX 94/9/EG standard and carries CE Ex II 2 gDC IIB T70°C certification. Fluid temperature is limited to 70°C based on chemical compatibility. The unit utilizes a Perswing anti-stalling air distribution system that operates on dry, non-lubricated air filtered to 5µm, and incorporates a bolted stainless steel pressure disc assembly in 1.4301 (AISI 304) for enhanced tightness and effort distribution.
