AHD40EEE-C2 pump by Almatec

The AHD40EEE-C2 pump is part of the new series of more powerful and safer double-diaphragm pneumatic drive pumps designed to be mounted in place of AH models. Featuring a bolted construction, it includes a high density polyethylene body and seats, IPD design EPDM membrane with an integrated piston, EPDM balls, EPDM seals, air side chambers, and a polyamide central block. It utilizes a Perswing anti-stalling design air distribution system that operates with dry, non-lubricated air filtered to 5μm, supported by a high pressure distribution ratio greater than 2:1, a maximum air supply capacity of 7 bar, and a maximum discharge capacity of 15 bar. The assembly includes bolted and pressure disc stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) components for improved effort distribution and reinforced watertightness, along with an exhaust silencer. This AHD40EEE-C2 unit also features Option C2, equipped with a NAMUR sensor for counting strokes.
