It is equipped with a PTFE diaphragm featuring an integrated piston, PTFE balls, conductive PE seats, and FEP/Viton seals. The air-side chambers, central block, body, and seats are all made of conductive PE, and the unit complies with the ATEX 94/9/EG standard with CE Ex II 2 GDc IIB T70°C certification. Designed with a bolted assembly and a pressure disc made of 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless steel for improved force distribution and sealing, it features the Perswing anti-stall design air distribution system. The E50FTT-W-F4 operates using dry, unlubricated air filtered to 5 μm and is supplied with an exhaust silencer. It delivers a maximum flow rate of 35.0 m3/h on H2O at 0 bar and 7 bar of air.
