The Wilden Almatec AHD40 EEE is a pneumatically driven double diaphragm pump belonging to the new, more powerful, and safer AHD series, serving as a direct replacement for AH pumps. Featuring a high-density polyethylene body and PE seats, this bolted pump utilizes an EPDM diaphragm with an IPD integrated piston design, EPDM balls, and EPDM seals. The air-side chambers and central block are constructed from polyamide, while the bolted assembly and pressure disc use stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) for enhanced sealing and improved load distribution. It offers high-pressure distribution with a ratio greater than 2:1, a maximum air supply pressure of 7 bar resulting in a maximum discharge pressure of 15 bar, and a maximum flow rate of 20.0 m³/h on H2O at 0 bar and 7 bar air. The unit includes a Perswing anti-stall air distribution design that operates with dry, unlubricated air filtered to 5μm, along with an exhaust silencer. Connections include DN40 PN16 flange suction and return ports, and a 1/2 inch air connection.
