Designed with a 316 stainless steel cast body and gate, it includes an ASME Class 150 flanged drilling end connection. This model utilizes PTFE braided packing rated for temperatures up to 500° F (260° C) and a pH range of 0 to 14, paired with an EPDM seat rated to 250° F (122° C). The exterior features a minimum of 4 mils of Blue DeZURIK Epoxy coating with standard surface preparation. Operated by a handwheel actuator with a 12-inch diameter and a carbon steel yoke, the entire assembly has an approximate weight of 86 lbs (40 kgs) and a maximum temperature rating of 250 degrees F.
