The DeZurik KGC Style Cast Knife Gate Valve is a 10-inch (250mm) extended service valve featuring flanged drilling for ASME Class 150 connections. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel cast body and a 316 stainless steel gate, this valve includes a metal seat and PTFE braided packing rated for temperatures up to 500° F (260° C) with a pH range of 0-14. Non-stainless steel parts are protected with a minimum of 4 mils of blue DeZurik epoxy on the exterior, applied over a standard surface prep. Operation is handled via a 16-inch diameter carbon steel yoke handwheel actuator equipped with a locking accessory for enhanced security during industrial operations.
