Constructed with a 316 stainless steel cast body and gate, this valve includes a metal seat and self-adjusting PTFE braided packing with a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene/propylene fluoroelastomer cord. It operates at temperatures up to 400 degrees F and covers a pH range of 0-14. The unit features an exterior coating of 4 mils minimum blue DeZurik epoxy with standard surface prep, a 6-inch diameter carbon steel yoke cylinder actuator, an electronic 4-way positioner with C26 spindle, and a DeZurik standard certificate of origin. Weighing approximately 63 lbs (29 kgs), the actuator is mounted in the standard orientation with a signal range of 4-20 and close positioning action.
