The DeZurik KSL,10,SD,F1,DI,EPDM,S2-NR,DP*MNB-HD24-CS is a 10-inch (250mm) slurry knife gate valve featuring a short body style and flanged drilling compatible with ASME Class 125/150 standards. Built with a ductile iron body and a 316 stainless steel gate, this valve includes a natural rubber sleeve rated for temperatures up to 177° F (81° C) and an EPDM top seal rated to 250° F (122° C). Non-stainless steel parts are protected by a minimum 4 mils of blue DeZURIK epoxy coating (NSF Std. 61) applied over a standard SP10 surface preparation. This configuration is equipped with a carbon steel drain plate and is manually operated via a 24-inch diameter bevel gear handwheel with a carbon steel yoke.
