The DeZurik KGN, 8, MSU, F1, S1, MSP, S1-M*MN-HD12-S1 is a cast knife gate valve featuring an 8-inch (200mm) size and a metal seated uni-directional body style. Designed with ASME Class 150 flanged drilling end connections, this valve incorporates 304 stainless steel cast body and gate materials for durable construction. The assembly utilizes square braided PTFE impregnated synthetic fiber packing, rated for temperatures up to 500° F (260° C) and a pH range of 4 to 10. The seat material is metal, and non-stainless steel parts feature a 3 mils minimum blue DeZURIK enamel coating on the exterior with a standard SP10 surface preparation. Operation is handled via a manual handwheel actuator equipped with a 12-inch diameter and a 304 stainless steel yoke.
