The DeZurik KGC Cast Knife Gate Valve is a 12-inch (300mm) extended service valve featuring a flanged ASME Class 150 end connection. Designed with a 316 stainless steel cast body and a matching 316 stainless steel gate, this valve includes an M00518 RTFE seat and PTFE braided packing rated up to 500° F (260° C) with a pH range of 0-14. Non-stainless steel exterior parts are protected with a minimum of 3 mils of Blue DeZURIK Enamel over a standard SP10 surface preparation. This modified assembly is equipped with a P12004 RDC spring-to-close cylinder actuator, purge ports in the seat and chest area, a DCS23-12 deflection cone, a certificate of material conformance, and two GO Proximity SPDT switches to indicate fully open and fully closed positions.
